After location why I am asking you to look out for Builder profile, because there are lots of buildings which initially had very good occupancy with good tenants but after some time developer didn’t pay any heed to the building and tenants found it very hard to negotiate with lots of Indvidual’s and maintenance of the building didn’t go very well or Construction quality of that building wasn’t up to the mark etc.
So, if there is big name associated to that project it’s highly possible that anything mentioned above won’t happen.

After finalizing everything when you sit for a meeting with token the most important thing is to have through investigation of the property papers along with Lease deed and building papers like OC.
I always recommend finalizing the price and give a conditional token to the property owner in lieu of the copies of all the documents and get it checked through a Lawer, or you can hire a Lawer for your entire transaction so that there’s no issue related to documentation.
